The project is expected to reach completion at the end of this year. It will contain build-to-suit buildings. Wasserman says the sale price for the buildings will be approximately $110 per sf.
Steven Wasserman, partner, and David Wigoda, also an industrial specialist with the Fort Lauderdale office of Colliers International, represented the seller, Rock Lake Inc. Wasserman and Wigoda will also be exclusive agents representing Panattoni in the sale or lease of buildings on the property.
Panattoni operates from offices throughout the US. Its office for properties in Orlando and South Florida is located in Atlanta.
