Units have tile floors, alarm systems, garages and patios. The landscaped property contains a private swimming pool and has tele-entry controlled access. It is located within easy access of Interstate 95, SR 441 and the Florida Turnpike and within five miles of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. Lagos Estates, a similarly styled development of attached townhouses, is under construction in Plantation by the same development company.
