ORLANDO-Michael Langman, a top producer at Charlotte, NC-based Lat Purser for 14 years, has joined the Orlando office of Grubb & Ellis/Commercial Florida as vice president.
Jeffrey S. Sweeney, president and managing partner of Grubb & Ellis/Commercial Florida, says Langman will help establish a full-service retail group in Orlando that will be involved in land sales, leasing and investment brokerage.
"We plan to add four more retail specialists [to the two-broker group] in Orlando over the next 12 months," Sweeney says. The independent company has 30 brokers divided among its Orlando, Tampa and Melbourne offices. p>Sweeney says Langman specializes in medium to large-box leasing and surplus property dispositions. Langman's 20 years in commercial real estate covers participation in tenant representation leasing, brokerage and site selection transactions. He is a graduate of Stetson University in DeLand.
