The winner of the landmark lease is West Coast Capital Partners of Los Angeles, which has backfilled an office/warehouse at 5353 W. Bell Rd. that was occupied for two decades by Honeywell Corp. The space was on the market for $13.50 per sf, triple net.Finish-out has just begun on the 21-year-old warehouse, positioned on 31 acres. The new tenants plan to use the facility for a data and call center, with move-in anticipated for the middle of this year.

Phil Breidenbach, Peter Neiman, Amy Whatley and Lindsey Carlson with Colliers International Inc.'s office properties group in Phoenix represented the building owner. Tom Maloney and Wally Hale with the Staubach Co.'s Phoenix team negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
