The company will move to the new location in November. Richard Bowers & Co. CEO and founder Richard Bowers and Grahame Wood represented Home Capital in the transaction. Peter Kasian and Chris Ahrenkeil, of Trizec Properties, represented Palisades Office Park. Bowers tells GlobeSt.com that 5909 Peachtree-Dunwoody Rd. is a little newer and more upscale than Home Capital's current location. "There was a lot of space that could have accommodated their needs, but the economics, signage and location made this location the best to fit their requirements," Bowers says.

Mike Berte, of Home Capital, says the new location offers the company building signage visible from Interstate 285. "We are growing rapidly on both a local and national level and this location provides us with a tremendous opportunity to increase our visibility while providing us with an upscale office environment in keeping with our long-term goals," Berte says.

Berte says the layout of the new office was another factor in the decision to relocate. "The efficient layout of the new space will help our work flow and essentially change the way we do business," he says. "It will also accommodate our future growth."
