NEW YORK CITY-The net lease sector in 2010 drew renewed vigor from investors’ appetite for quality assets that offer long-term stability. Industry experts believe this year promises another sizable increase in transaction volume, and the return of RealShare Net Lease, the leading real estate networking conference for the net lease and sale leaseback market, bodes well for those who want to get the lay of the land in this sector. It takes place Wednesday, April 13 at the Marriott Marquis, 1535 Broadway in Midtown Manhattan, from 8:30 a.m. through 6 p.m.
Delivering the keynote address will be Thomas Siteema, CEO of CEO Financial Group. “Debt Financing in Today’s Market” will focus on who’s lending and how to finance the opportunities that are likely to occur this year.
