ORLANDO-DCT Industrial Trust Inc. has purchased three buildings totaling 278,200 square feet in Orlando, Chicago and Southern California. The company paid $11.2 million for the buildings.
DCT Industrial purchased a 50,000-square-foot distribution facility situated in the submarket of Orlando Central Park for $3 million or about $60.86 per square foot.
