EVANSTON, IL-The Cook County Sheriff has scheduled a foreclosure auction on the Evanston Plaza in May 3, 2011. The shopping center spanning 215,000 square feet is located at 1900 W. Dempster St. in the north suburb. As per Evanston City records, Joseph Freed & Associates LLC is the owner of the shopping center.
