LONDON-Trainline.com Limited has inked a lease for 25,300 square feet on the first and second floors of a building located at 50 Farringdon Road in London to house its new London headquarters. Asking rent for the 10-year lease was GBP 33 per square foot. Through this lease, the newly renovated building will generate an annual rent of GBP 835,000 within 12 months.
