MALDEN, MA-Combined Properties and NAI Hunneman have closed a lease renewal agreement in Malden. Vocell Bus Co. Inc. has signed a lease renewal deal for 16,000 square feet of industrial space at 378 Commercial St.

Combined Properties is the owner of Commercial Street property. Trey Agnew of NAI Hunneman represented Vocell Bus, and Greg Regazzini with Combined Properties represented Combined Properties in the lease negotiation. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
