HAVERHILL, MA-Maryland-based Boulevard Motel Corp. has sold Comfort Suites, a 131-room hotel in Haverhill, Massachusetts, to Haverhill Hospitality LLC, an entity formed by Greenbelt, Maryland-based Baywood Hotels. The four-story hotel, constructed in 1989, will keep its Comfort Suites affiliation.
Terms of the deal were not revealed, however, papers at the South Essex Registry of Deeds point out that the sales price was $3.2 million. New England Hotel Realty negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
