NEW YORK CITY-Continuum Health Partners has renewed its lease for 112,941 square feet of space at 555 W. 57th St. situated between 10th and 11th Avenues.

NEW YORK CITY-Continuum Health Partners has renewed its lease for 112,941 square feet of space at 555 W. 57th St. situated between 10th and 11th Avenues. The nonprofit hospital system, which houses its administrative offices and headquarters at the high-rise, has signed the deal for 15 years.

David Heller, Josh Kuriloff, Michael Rotchford and Monica Quaintance with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Steve Durels with SL Green Realty represented the ownership in-house in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New York Post .
