CAMBRIDGE, MA-Boston-based Sonesta International Hotels Corp. has signed a contract to sell the Royal Sonesta Hotel located in New Orleans and the Royal Sonesta Hotel located in Cambridge to Hospitality Properties Trust, a Newton-based REIT, for a combined $150.5 million. The deal is slated to be closed during Q1 2012.
