MUNSTER, GERMANY-Wurttembergische Lebensversicherung AG has purchased the Stubengasse property situated in Munster from SEB Asset Management's fund, SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund, for roughly EUR 73 million. The Stubengasse property was earlier sold in 2009 for approximately 67 million.

The property comprises nearly 182,986 square feet of hotel and shopping center. Main occupiers in Stubengasse include Deutsche Bank, Karstadt Sport, the Ramada-Treff hotel group, Esprit and WBI GmbH. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
