BURLINGTON, MA-Black Duck Software Inc. is moving its corporate headquarters from 265 Winter St. in Waltham to Burlington. The company has leased 29,323 square feet in New England Executive Park, a 1.25-million-square-foot office complex in Burlington, from Equity Office.

Black Duck will house its headquarters in 8 New England Executive Park. T3 Advisors represented the tenant, while Colliers International brokers Matthew Daniels, Andrew Whipple and John Carroll III represented the owner in the lease negotiation. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
