BIRMINGHAM, UK-Deka Immobilien GmbH has purchased Direct Line House in Birmingham for nearly EUR 25 million. Fuji Properties Limited was the seller of the office building, which is fully leased to Direct Line Insurance PLC, a British insurance company.
