
SEATTLE-Holland Partners, an apartment developer, has proposed an apartment project in South Lake Union. The seven-story, 142-unit apartment building will come up at Mercer Street and Minor Avenue North.
The new apartment project will replace an existing one-story office building. Holland has already started three apartment projects on Dexter Avenue North. The developer's new proposal will be considered by the city's Queen Anne/Magnolia Design Review Board on December 12. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
