OLIVE BRANCH, MS-Atlanta-based IDI has closed a new lease deal at Crossroads Distribution Center Building A, a 452,743-square-foot building at 9124 Polk Lane in Olive Branch.

OLIVE BRANCH, MS-Atlanta-based IDI has closed a new lease deal at Crossroads Distribution Center Building A, a 452,743-square-foot building at 9124 Polk Lane in Olive Branch. GE International, a branch of General Electric Co., has leased 212,880 square feet in Building A, where it will join with Smiths Medical.

Patrick Burke with CBRE Memphis and Lisa Harber with CBRE Atlanta represented the tenant, while Tim Moore from IDI's Memphis office represented the company in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
