ASHEVILLE, NC-KSL Capital Partners LLC has completed the acquisition of the Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa, a 512-room hotel in Asheville. The Denver-based private equity firm purchased the property situated in the Blue Ridge Mountains from the Sammons family.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. KSL has plans to spend $25 million in renovation. KSL Resorts, the management arm of KSL Capital Partners, will operate the century-old hotel. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
