
KANSAS CITY, MO-The Kansas City Star reported that the Kansas City Council is planning to approve an apartment and retail project at Main and 51st streets during its meeting. The $39-million project will comprise 204 apartments, 9,500 square feet of retail and office space and a 350-space parking garage.
The project will be developed by DST Realty Inc., Land Development Strategies and VanTrust Real Estate LLC, which was formerly called Caymus Real Estate. For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal .
