
LONDON-The West End of London Property Unit Trust (WELPUT) has acquired the freehold interest in a property comprising four Victorian buildings at 143-157 Farringdon Road, EC1. The purchase price of GBP 25.8 million represents a captive value of GBP 418 per square foot and 6.2% net initial yield. The total area of the four buildings is 61,918 square feet, which have been occupied by 28 tenants.
