LONDON-Planning consent has been granted for a GBP 15-million hotel in London. ESA, a division of Capita Symonds, is designing Park Plaza Hotel, a 160-room property on Western Avenue, for the PPHE Hotel Group.
The six-story, 72,656-square-foot hotel will include a bar, gym, restaurant and conference facilities on the ground floor. The project will also include a four-story, 19,913-square-foot office building and a 53,819-square-foot data center. Work on Park Plaza Hotel will start later this year.
