
HIGHLAND PARK, IL-Wells Fargo Bank has filed a foreclosure suit against the owner of the 29,203-square-foot Laurel Terrace in Highland Park in order to reclaim $10.2 million. A venture headed by Sharon Lederman Burack owns the mixed-use structure at 1777 Green Bay Road.
In October 2007, the venture secured a $10.2-million loan to refinance the building, but it stopped making monthly payments in January. The building, developed in 2007, houses Ravinia Associates in Internal Medicine and Freedom Home Care. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
