
CARRBORO, NC-The Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer firm's subsidiary has paid $11 million for Rock Creek Apartments, a 188-unit multifamily community in Carrboro. Thalhimer Realty Partners Inc., the investment and development subsidiary of Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer, bought the apartment complex from an entity managed by Los Angeles-based QVT Mount Auburn Capital.
The community, situated at 100 Rock Haven Road, comprises 115 one-bedroom and 73 two-bedroom units. It was constructed in 1986. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
