Towerfields Leisure Park to Get Two New Restaurant Units

CAMBRIDGE, UK-Legal & General Property has secured planning permission for two new restaurant units measuring 3,200 square feet each at Towerfields Leisure Park in Huntingdon on behalf of Property Unit Trust. The two restaurant units have been pre-leased to Chiquitos and Bella Italia for 15 years.

Construction is slated to start in early January 2013 and will be completed in September. Montague Evans advised Legal & General Property, Redleaf advised Bella Italia and Wareing & Partners represented Chiquitos. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
