DUSSELDORF, GERMANY-IMMOFINANZ Group has laid foundation stone for the Panta Rhei office project at Dusseldorf's Airport City. The company, which is developing the office building under its own direction, held the ceremony along with Gregor Bonin, Director of Planning and Construction for the city of Dusseldorf, and Christoph Blume, Spokesman of the Dusseldorf Airport's Management Board.
