NASHVILLE-A 300,000-square-foot industrial property in northwest Nashville has changed hands. Baker West GP, a subsidiary of Sprint Logistics, purchased the warehouse at 7351 and 7355 Cockrill Bend Blvd. for $6 million. A trustee on behalf of lenders sold the property to Baker West.
The industrial property was earlier sold in 2004 for $10.8 million. Horrell Co. brokers Ben McKnight and Mike Russell negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
