
BALTIMORE-First Potomac Realty Trust has unloaded two flex buildings in Owings Mills as part of an effort to dispose of under-leased properties. The Bethesda-based REIT sold two connected flex and industrial buildings at 11431-11435 Cronhill Drive. The two buildings comprise 38,779 square feet.
Hillendale Properties of Baltimore bought the buildings for $3.75 million. Progress Unlimited Inc. leases 15,246 square feet and Hillendale will occupy the remaining space at 11431-11435 Cronhill Drive. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
