
BOSTON-Ground breaking on a $195-million apartment tower in the Seaport District of Boston will take place on Friday. The 21-story tower, named Pier 4, will comprise 396 apartment units and 258 underground parking spaces.
The apartment development, being handled by Houston-based Hanover Co., will be one of the largest residential projects in the Seaport District. The project, spearheaded by New England Development of Newton, will include 1 million square feet of residential, office, hotel, civic and retail accommodation.
