Houston Firm to Develop 10-Story Building in Springwoods Village

HOUSTON-Southwestern Energy Co., based in Houston, is developing an office building near the corporate campus of Exxon Mobil Corp. on the south side of The Woodlands.

HOUSTON-Southwestern Energy Co., based in Houston, is developing an office building near the corporate campus of Exxon Mobil Corp. on the south side of The Woodlands. The 10-story building will be developed in Springwoods Village. The company said that the new building will be finished in 2014.

Springwoods Village, an 1,800-acre community in north Houston, is under development. Houston Business Journal reported last year that the company purchased 22 acres near the Hardy Toll Road from a Coventry Development Corp. subsidiary, CDC Houston Inc.
