NEW YORK CITY-The Men's Wearhouse has inked a 10-year lease at 1219 Third Avenue on East 71st Street to open its first uptown location. The asking rent for the 8,800-square-foot space was $200 per square foot. The retailer based in Houston plans to launch its new store in January 2013. Fraydun Realty Co. is the owner of building.
