
BALTIMORE-PMC Property Group Inc. has acquired an office building spanning 92,500 square feet at 301 N. Charles St. The Philadelphia-based company is planning to move quickly to change the building into roughly 92 apartments.
PMC has plans to spend approximately $15 million, including the acquisition price, to redevelop the North Charles Street building. Besides apartment units, the building will also include nearly 5,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor. The building was sold by Falls Church, Virginia-based USP Management LLC.
