CHICAGO-The developers of a Mariano's Fresh Market-anchored retail project in the West Loop have signed new tenants for the 96,000-square-foot shopping center. The venture headed by Taxman Corp. has secured seven retailers for the Gateway to the West Loop project.

The seven new tenants, Eggsperience Pancakes & Cafe, GNC Inc., Massage Envy Spa, Pet Stuff, Red Mango Inc., Supercuts Inc. and Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance Inc., will occupy approximately 24,000 square feet in the retail center at 14-40 S.
