NEW YORK CITY-Starrett Development has leased a new 12,500-square-foot space at 733 Amsterdam Avenue to St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital to house a medical office. Starrett will construct the new space atop a ground-level retail space extending from the frontage of a 28-floor multifamily tower between West 95th and West 96th streets.
