AUSTIN, TX-The University of Texas System Board of Regents will discuss on a $102.4-million development plan that will remodel its five-building complex situated in downtown Austin. The Austin American-Statesman reported that the proposed plan will replace two buildings in the complex with a 14-story office tower.

The regents are likely to grant preliminary consent for the development on Thursday. Demolition and construction works may start next year and the new building is expected to be ready for move-in by spring 2016. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
