DALLAS-Equity Resources LLC has bought Waterstone Apartments, a 276-unit complex in Fairview. The real estate investment company based in Birmingham, Alabama, bought the Class A multifamily property from Atlanta-based Davis Development Co. The financial details of the deal were not revealed.
The complex comprises single-, double- and triple-bedroom units. Amenities in the complex include an exercise center, saltwater pool, clubhouse, entertainment area and 256 direct-access garages.
