VANDALIA, OH-A retail center situated on Northwoods Boulevard in Vandalia has come under new ownership. Montgomery County Auditor records revealed that a company trading as MO Northwoods LLC bought the Shoppes at Northwoods for $7.6 million. The property was sold by Northwoods Shoppes LLC.
