ROSEVILLE, CA-Commercial real estate advisory firm Lucent Capital has arranged $17.2 million in senior financing for the Miller Family Companies for the refinance of Eureka Corporate Center, a two-building, 142,042 square-foot class A office complex located here.
Eureka Corporate Center is an institutional quality office complex, with tenants including Wells Fargo Bank, Roseville Bank of Commerce, CB Richard Ellis and Old Republic Title Company. Both buildings are three-story office buildings of approximately 75,000 square feet each.
The buildings have common conference rooms as well as workout facilities for the tenants and their employees. Both buildings are class-A steel framed and were completed in 2000 and 2001 respectively. Eureka Corporate Center has undergone extensive interior renovations in order to maintain the integrity of a premier building in the Roseville market, a Sacramento regional submarket.
The loan proceeds are being used to pay off the existing debt on the property. Lucent managing director Steven Yazdani announced the arrangement in a recent press release.
