McKinney, TX-Encore Wire Corp., has spent more than $25 million for 200 acres that will more doubled the company's campus to about 400 acres with a $25.7 million land buy.
The move is part of Encore's strategy to ensure its growth in the building wire business, says the Dallas Business Journal.
The 201-acre tract of land sits across the street of Encore Wire's current corporate campus at 1329 Millwood Road.
