LONDON-LaSalle Investment Management has appointed Gary Moore as European head of strategic partnerships, effective July 15. He will work closely with LaSalle's client capital group and acquisitions teams, focusing on the specific investment needs of LaSalle's major institutional investor clients as they relate to individual assets and portfolios in Europe.

Moore will report to Jon Zehner, global head of the client capital group, and Simon Marrison, Europe CEO, and he will be based in London.

“We remain steadfastly committed to building the most appropriate platforms for our clients.  I am excited that Gary is joining our European team at a time when global investors wish to more closely manage the profile of their real estate investments as we believe that Gary has the experience to help them,” said Marrison.

Zehner added: “Gary will play a key role helping LaSalle and our major institutional investor clients explore larger single transactions, sometimes in joint-venture or club-style structures.

“As a firm we are well positioned to proactively serve the needs of global investors in the major real estate markets, and Gary joins an established team of client executives and local market experts across the globe who provide LaSalle's clients with the highest levels of service and deep local market insights and information.”

Moore will join LaSalle from CBRE Global Investors where he has served as a senior fund manager primarily responsible for multiple aspects of client relationship management. Prior to CBRE he was with ING Real Estate Investment Management.
