LOS ANGELES-Three new leases have been inked at Brookfield Office Properties' TASTE FIGat7th. With the newcomers, the chef-driven collection of innovative, quick serve eateries to nearly 90% occupied. for. The new concepts include: Chef David Slatkin's new fresh pita concept Twist N Grill; restaurateur Colin Tom's New Moon Café; and Denise and Paul Lee's spin on the flavors of Asia with their Gentaro Soba Noodle outpost. All are scheduled to open in Fall 2013.

Twist N Grill, New Moon Café and Gentaro will join the many chef-driven offerings in FIGat7th's dining collection, which include Mendocino Farms, Sprinkles Cupcakes, Paul Shoemaker's Juicy Lucy, Oleego Korean BBQ from Jenee Kim of Park's BBQ, Indus by Saffron from Bhupender Singh, The MELT, and others soon to open including Pazzo Gelato, Loteria from Jimmy Shaw, The Flying Pig and a flagship location of Culver City's famous City Tavern.
Each quick serve concept takes a unique approach from the established pedigree of its culinary original.
