NEW YORK CITY-Another top-level executive at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has left the agency. Richard Gladstone, senior development advisor, planning and regional development for the Port Authority has joined Trinity Real Estate as its senior vice president and director of real estate development.
Trinity Real Estate is the property division of Trinity Church, which is responsible for the church's multi-million-square-foot commercial real estate portfolio in downtown New York City. Gladstone will initially oversee the development of a new office and condominium tower to be built behind Trinity's church in lower Manhattan.
"Richard will be the project manager," Jason Pizer, the president of Trinity Real Estate said. "He brings construction skills in house that we didn't have."
Gladstone was involved in the World Trade Center site's redevelopment while working at the Port Authority. In the past few months the agency has seen several top executives opt to leave the agency. See story in Crain's New York Business.
