PHILADELPHIA-Locally-based Canus Corp., which recently secured approvals to build the Soko Lofts apartment complex on North Second Street here, is now looking to sell the shovel-ready project.
Canus has plans to build a 278-unit complex at the nearly three-acre site at 1300-1354 N. Second St. in the South Kensington neighborhood of the city. The project is also to include 1,600 square feet of retail space and 125 parking spaces, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Newmark Knight Frank is marketing the property for sale. The offering reportedly includes the fully-approved site design drawings, architectural work, and site plans. See story in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
