WARRENDALE, PA-H.J. Heinz is marketing 45,700 square feet of space at the Keystone Summit Corporate Park here.
The property is being marketed by Miles Smith and Kurt Mrazik of CBRE's Pittsburgh office. Heinz has approximately 150,000 square feet under lease at Keystone Summit.
Michael Mullen, a spokesman for Heinz, says the sublease was an outcome of the company redesigning the space at its Innovation Center offices.
“To foster increased collaboration and faster decision making, Heinz is currently redesigning our space at the Innovation Center in Warrendale and moving to an open office environment.
