NEW YORK CITY-Atlas Capital Group has purchased the 434 Broadway office building in Soho for $62 million.
The Manhattan-based firm acquired the 58,500-square-foot, nine-story building from the Georgetown Group, which acquired the property in 2010 for $41 million, according to The Real Deal.
Jones Lang LaSalle broker Yoron Cohen brokered the transaction. The brokerage firm is in charge of marketing the property. See story in The Real Deal.
