MIRAMAR, FL-An affiliate of IMT Residential of Sherman Oaks, CA has acquired the Modera Miramar apartment complex here for $70 million.
The 321-unit development at 11338 S.W. 45th Place was sold by an affiliate of Mill Creek Residential, according to the South Florida Business Journal. The development was completed last year.
IMT financed the acquisition with an $80.5-million mortgage on the property through Holliday Fenoglio Fowler and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. See story in the South Florida Business Journal.
