PHOENIX-An affiliate of Goldman Sachs Group Inc. has acquired three apartment projects in metro Phoenix for a total purchase price of nearly $65 million.

The three purchases total 720 units and were acquired from Camden Property Trust of Houston. The three properties that exchanged hands are Camden Sierra and Camden Fountain Palms, both near Bell Road and 89th Avenue in Peoria; and Camden Towne Center, located west of Arrowhead Towne Center near 79th Avenue and north of Bell Road, according to the Business Real Estate Weekly of Arizona. The total purchase price was $64.95 million.
