NEW YORK CITY-Kent Swig has withdrawn a lawsuit filed against JP Morgan Chase to prevent the sale of his former 90 Broad St. office building in Lower Manhattan.

Swig voluntarily withdrew his lawsuit, which was filed on Nov. 14 in New York State Supreme Court, on Wednesday, according to The Real Deal.

The move came about a week after New York State Supreme Court Judge Jeffrey Oing denied Swig's temporary restraining order request aimed at preventing the sale of 90 Broad St., which is scheduled to close on Dec. 22.

JPMorgan struck a deal in October to sell 90 Broad St. to Princeton International Properties for $126 million. See story in The Real Deal.
