BALA CYNWYD, PA—Construction firm L.F. Driscoll has signed a long-term lease deal for 20,000 square feet of space at 401 City Ave. here.
With the deal, L.F. Driscoll will vacate its current offices at 9 Presidential Blvd., which is also located in Bala Cynwyd. The Presidential Boulevard building is owned by the construction firm and is being put on the market for sale, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The building is being marketed jointly by Scott Gabrielsen of Binswanger and Jim Dugan of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
“We're marketing it to a user, buyer or developer,” Gabrielsen says. “It will be one of the first development opportunities to take advantage of the new special overlay district.” Gabrielsen also arranged L.F. Driscoll's lease deal at 401 City Ave. See story in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
