LAWRENCEVILLE, GA—Mobis Parts America has renewed its 451,200-square-foot lease at 2155 Breckinridge Blvd. with building owner Panattoni Development Corp.
Colliers International, which represented auto parts distribution firm, announced the lease renewal transaction. Mobis distributes auto parts to Hyundai, Kia and other auto companies and dealerships from the Lawrenceville distribution center. The firm occupies the entire distribution facility.
Lee Cardwell and Chris Cummings of Colliers International Atlanta represented Mobis Parts America in the lease transaction. Panattoni Development represented itself.
“Mobis has occupied this facility since 1999, and the building's high-quality, modern space and strategic location have served the parts distributor well as Kia and Hyundai have continued to grow rapidly,” says Cardwell. “We're very pleased to close this lease renewal to accommodate Mobis's distribution operations.”
